In Bangalore we will search for Chinese food all the time.
So after trying many restaurants we concluded that Shiro has the most similar
taste to it. In fact the dim sum is better than some of the restaurant in
Malaysia. The buffet for dimsum + japanese food are only on weekends. In India even
though it is buffet style they will serve the food to your table. So we are not
used to it as some food we don’t eat and ask the waiter to take it back as to
not to contaminate the food so they could serve to others, but the waiter keep
insisting never mind just leave it. I think it is such a waste for them to
waste food like that, in India there are so many poor and hungry people outside
the streets. After a few times I could not take it anymore so insist to the
waiter to take it away.

On other ocasion we had the teppanyaki
The beef teppanyaki was very good too. But it is quite pricey.
The cook did a heart shape fried garlic rice and he even make the heart beat by using the spatula

The desert came with the set teppanyaki, very nice
They served many types of sushi too, but this avacoda was my favourite
